Pick-a-pepper.com  connects local farmers, gardeners, and food artisans with local consumers, restaurants, and institutions.  With just a few clicks it is possible to purchase ripe, delicious, local goods in small or large quantities at fair prices.  Anyone who has a bounty to share can join, free, no matter how large or small the operation--be it a back yard garden or a thousand acre farm. 

We do not charge our vendors a membership or a commission to use the site.  

Pick-A-Pepper not only serves as an interface for buying and selling fresh, local goods but is also a grassroots way to change our food system to one that is more sustainable, seasonal, and local and supports small farms and food artisans.
