Medway Community Farm is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Field Crew Leader for the 2025 farm season. This full-time, hands-on position offers the opportunity to lead a passionate crew while working in a small-scale, sustainable farming environment. As a Field Crew Leader, you’ll help cultivate fresh, local produce, oversee field operations, and contribute to our mission of providing healthy food to the community.
