Wright-Locke Farm (Winchester, MA) is hiring Seasonal Farm Educators to help facilitate outdoor spring and summer youth programs for children ages 4 - 14.
The Farm Educator position is part-time and is paid $12 per hour. Seasonal educator hours can be used towards academic or internship credit if discussed in advance and found to be acceptable according to the guidelines provided by the school, class, or internship. Optional additional work hours may be available in our farm stand or in the field with our farm crew for those interested.
Main responsibilities of Farm Educators include:
- Preparation to help facilitate youth programs
- Facilitation of youth programs
- Communication with fellow Farm Educators and student volunteers
- Communication with the Education Director (ED) and Assistant ED (AED)

We are looking to hire 2 educators to help facilitate spring programs and 4 educators to help facilitate summer programs (all programs will be co- facilitated by either the Assistant Education Director or Education Director).
Since spring and summer schedules do not overlap, candidates may apply to work spring, summer, or spring AND summer programs.
