The Intervale Center seeks a dynamic, mission-driven natural resource professional to join our team in Burlington, Vermont. For almost 30 years, the Intervale Center has led a community food revolution that sustains farms, land and people. We have pioneered farm and food innovations like Community Supported Agriculture, commercial composting, riparian restoration, farm business incubation, and gleaning and food hub development.
This position will fill an essential role as we deepen our conservation impact on Vermont’s natural resources and water quality landscape. S/he will work with our Farm Services team and Conservation Nursery enterprise as well as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Partners for Fish and Wildlife program works on private land throughout Vermont to restore habitat for the benefit of migratory birds, inter-jurisdictional fish, and federally listed species.
