Operations Assistant Manager

You will be taking on a supervisory role, which requires punctuality, good communication, management and decision-making skills and a tough demeanor. You will work closely with our operations manager as you will be tasked with keeping an eye on morning workflow to ensure our drivers are ready to get out the door and visit the farm or head out on pickups. Afternoon tasks will vary but include keeping our warehouse in tip-top shape and keeping our staff motivated and happy.

We are looking for a sustainability-minded individual to help with drop-offs of food scraps at farms, kitchen scrap bucket pickups and compost delivery. The job is labor intensive but is perfect for someone looking for limited supervision and plenty of independence out on the road while serving our clients in various communities.
