Stearns Farm is hiring either two A ssistant Growers or one Assistant Manager (with at least two years of farming experience) for the 2017 season. The job description that is attached mostly outlines the basics for the Assistant Grower positions, but we can talk about increased pay and responsibility, and extending the length of employment significantly for the right applicant. While teamwork is an important aspect of the culture at Stearns, this is a great opportunity to gain significant farm management experience and to work with a fair amount of autonomy and self direction in a supportive, community oriented environment. And Stearns is a gorgeous little farm!
