Brookwood Community Farm is a non-profit farming operation in Canton/Milton, MA. Brookwood Community Farm (BCF) was founded in 2006 with the goals of restoring underutilized farmland near Boston, strengthening the local food system, and increasing access to healthy food in low-income neighborhoods of Boston. The farm cultivates five acres using organic practices, operates a robust Community Supported Agriculture program, farmstand, and farmers market stall.
Folks of diverse and marginalized identities and communities are welcomed and encouraged to apply. We value respect, dignity, and inclusivity, and work to be an affirming workplace for LGBTQ and BIPOC people. If you need accommodations or have questions about accessibility in this role, please do not hesitate to ask.
Field Crew will help with multiple aspects of vegetable production, including planting, weeding, harvest, and greenhouse work.
