Farm-to-Table Internship

Interested in a true farm-to-table experience?  We are a growing farm & catering company in Wmass, working exclusively with locally grown & raised products.  We are searching for a 2015 apprentice to get their hands dirty, from seed to plate.  Learn about growing your own produce & fruit, animal husbandry, canning/preserving, sourcing from other small farms, event management, & outdoor catering!

Live on this small sustainable farm from April-October.  Duties will range from farm chores (plant & animal), kitchen prep, and event service.  Compensation is a monthly stipend + room & board.  Applicants must be able to work on their feet for up to 10 hours and be able to safely lift & carry 50#.

Basic kitchen experience and fine knife skills required.
