Crew position

Lindentree Farm in Lincoln MA is looking to hire one full time crew member for the 2021 summer season, April through September.  We need an experienced and efficient person to help us in all aspects of vegetable  farming for our CSA.  Lindentree Farm works Tuesday through Saturdays, 7:30 to approximately 5 p.m.
We are careful to follow all Covid precautions including social distancing, wearing masks at all times and using gloves when we harvest and will continue to follow MDAR guidelines as necessary.
We need  someone who is physically strong, enthusiastic, enjoys  working as part of a team or alone when necessary, and is willing to learn our structure. You must have some real farm experience, which includes tractor work for this position and  field work including planting, weed management, harvesting.  You will need a car to arrive on time.  There is no smoking on the premises and crew are expected to be able to work without phone or media distraction.
