Farm to School Technical Assistance

The interest in locally-grown product at schools and colleges is skyrocketing - in the past 8 years, we've seen the number of school districts in Massachusetts preferentially purchasing locally grown food jump from less than 10 to over 200. The Mass. Farm to School Project is a statewide organization offering technical assistance for farmers interested in selling to local schools, colleges, and other institutions. We can help you identify potential customers in your area, market your product to institutions, put together delivery routes, and share success stories and common challenges around farm to school sales.
