+ Volunteer Engagement & Evaluation VISTA

The Volunteer Engagement and Evaluation (VEE) VISTA will focus on enhancing MCG’s Salesforce (SF) database, which would be used for volunteer management, evaluation data and reporting, and as a fundraising database. The VEE VISTA, will lay the groundwork for building robust volunteer engagement and management systems. This includes a scope of work dealing with the Salesforce (SF) database that MCG currently uses to manage volunteers and fundraising activities, as well as a review and redesign of current methods for data collection, reporting and analysis for volunteers and other modes of evaluation. Program start and end dates:  7/31/17 – 8/3/18.
