Join the farm for a spring-inspired culinary workshop hosted by Françoise Matte and Cecile Penot-Dietrich of French in the Kitchen. Featured dishes prepared by the chefs for the class to enjoy include a chilled spring pea soup with rosemary gougeres, savory stuffed puffs with arugula and onion, an avocado, kiwi, green apple, and celery tartare, and chocolate profiteroles. Tuition fee: $45 per person
