Queen’s Greens Farm Crew

We are currently hiring for multiple positions on our farm crew. Queen’s Greens is an organic vegetable farm in North Amherst, Massachusetts. We specialize baby greens, herbs and select vegetables. During the winter we grow spinach in our greenhouses. This can be a year-round position. The farm crew works in many aspects of crop production with the majority of hours spent harvesting, washing and packing produce. We have several positions available for an immediate start date and other positions available for a start date in the end of May or June. Hours range from 20-50 hours/week depending on time of year. We have some options available for part-time work.
Ideal candidates are eager to learn, reliable, pay attention to detail, are team players and enjoy the demands of working in a fast-paced and active environment. All applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Pay scale starts at $11.50/hour and is commensurate with experience.
