We are seeking beginning farmers with some experience who are in the beginning stages of, or preparing to take on farm ownership or a leadership position, and those interested in deepening their farming knowledge. Applicants should have clear learning goals and the motivation to work towards meeting those goals by utilizing the expertise of a mentor and committing to educational opportunities and group collaboration.
Based on feedback from mentees and mentors, and research of other successful farm mentorship programs, we have made some changes to our program that will increase its effectiveness and provide improved educational support to our participants.

Program Includes:
• 12 month mentorship
• Admission to NOFA/Mass Winter Conference and NOFA Summer Conference
• Stipends to NOFA/Mass Advanced Grower and On Farm Workshops
• Program Coordinator support
• Two group meetings to support the structuring and success of individual mentorships and build relationships between program participants

Program Cost: $200, NOFA/Mass Membership required. To become a NOFA/Mass member and see all the benefits that membership offers, visit www.nofamass.org/membership.
