Full & Part-time help wanted, organic veg farm, Wayland, MA

3 acre intensive organic vegetable farm entering seventh year of operation seeking full and part-time help for 2016 season.  

Experienced workers can expect more independent tasks and higher pay as well as the possibility of managing other workers/volunteers, use of equipment and ownership of certain responsibilities.

Those with less experience can expect to learn from a grower with over 15 years in the field.  Must have attention to detail, ability to follow directions, willingness to work in all kinds of weather and a sense of humor as well as humility. Tasks will include weeding, transplanting, harvesting and greenhouse seeding.
