Field Crew, Brookwood Comm. Farm, Canton, MA

Brookwood Community Farm is a non-profit farming operation and education

center in Canton and Milton, MA. Brookwood Community Farm (BCF) was founded
in 2006 with the goals of restoring underutilized farmland near Boston,
strengthening the local food system, and addressing the urgent need for
access to healthy food in low-income neighborhoods of Boston. From one acre
of land under cultivation in 2006, the farm has expanded to cultivate eight
acres using organic practices and operate a 300-person Community Supported
Agriculture program.
