Two Farmers Farm is a four-season, MOFGA-certified organic vegetable farm located on a historic family farmstead in Scarborough, ME. We grow 70 different products with an emphasis on winter greens and other season-extended crops. We are a small farm with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability. We are proud to be recognized as an example of profitable, small-scale organic farming in the Northeast.
Crew members play an integral role in our small team, which is made up of owners Kelsey & Dominic, one year-round crew member, one seasonal crew member, and occasional per-diem help. The Crew participates in many aspects of planting, growing, harvesting, and packing produce. Farm work is incredibly hard, but the rewards are just as great. We value crew members who are proactive and hard-working with a positive attitude.
Housing is not provided.
Year-round crew members (1 position available): work 40-55 hours/week during the summer, 20-30 hours/week during the off season. Starts March 28, with per-diem work possible starting in January. Commercial farming experience required.
Paid hourly $11/hr.
Seasonal crew members (1 position available): work 40-55 hours/week during the summer, 20-30 hours/week in the spring & fall. Starts April 4.
