Dragonfly Farms - 2016 Field Crew Leader Position

This position is similar to the field crew position but will also require team leadership skills as the season progresses.  This position is intended to groom a candidate to becoming an assistant farm manager.  Strong communication skills and prior vegetable farming experience in a fast paced, for-profit, operation are a requirement. 

The work schedule is a 5 day work week, 7-9 hour days. Being part of the weekend rotation is a requirement so the days off will fluctuate.

This position runs mid April through the end of October and a full season commitment is required.  The pay rate is $11-12/hour depending on prior experience level.  Housing is available for this position.
