The Senior Fellow will work closely with the Executive Director and other staff to develop and coordinate a cohesive suite of farmer support programs including business assistance, financing, and trainings and will include new program development. The Fellow will organize all aspects of client services
including: planning, marketing and outreach, client communications, support the loan review committee and business advisors, tracking and evaluation.
Program development will support these activities and include evaluating this position.

This Fellowship is part-time for up to 18.5 hours per week for 1 year.  A request for fewer hours during the growing season is possible.  The position may be extended for a second year.

Essential Job Functions
---Draft content for outreach materials and website ---Develop outreach activities to attract applicants and build referral networks ---Produce client e-newsletters and coordinate social media with communications staff ---Coordinate trade show logistics, event evaluation, and coverage with staff and client mentors or ambassadors  ---Effectively represent The Carrot Project to clients, partners, and referral organizations
--- Efficiently coordinate training logistics and assist with content development, delivery, and evaluation
--- Ensure clear and timely client communication and processes with staff, business advisors, loan review committee, and partnering organizations
--- Collect and track client data accurately and on a timely basis
--- Research and recommend new or modifications to existing programs
