This workshop is part of the Freedom Food Farm 2015 Workshop Series.

Learn to make sauerkraut and kimchi with chef and farmer Doug Higley and fermentation enthusiast and farmer Chuck Currie. They will go over fermentation basics, vegetable selection and preparation, and participants will get to taste, prepare and take home some of our fermented vegetables!
